10/16/2009 Once again time flies by but UTC is moving forward and getting ready for the Halloween season.  Be sure to check out the up coming shows because the band is branching out into new territory. Fun music as usual but certainly different from past music. "They made us do it."

3/21/2009  Wow, didn't realize how time has flown by so fast.  Band has gotten off to a great start in 2009 with many shows.  We also appreciated wonderful responses in some of our new venues.
There has been a surge of new equipment joining the band which I'm sure will only enhance our song and versitiliy.  "Patch" Willis is adding on to his ever growing "command central" which seems to be bringing him back to his roots in 80's music.  I'm sure we will see him in his parachute pants and headband in no time at all.  Dave promises to Schecter you all at the upcoming shows.  She's a beaut.

11/3/2008  The Proactive Resources Halloween Bash was a total success.  Thanks to Sid who the band now considers the #1 party thrower on the East Coast.  The gouls and ghosts came out in droves as did all those who turned everyday vocations into naughty and dirty jobs.  Cheers to everyone who contributed to raising a lot of money for a great cause.   We had a ton of fun and we hope to see you all plus newcomers at upcoming shows.   Keep your eyes open for pictures. Thanks again to Sid.

11/2/2008  A cable guy, castaway, cowboy, Jake Elwood, punk fairy and a Roman walk into a bar and the bar tender says, "It's about time, now start playing"  Well that's about how it went down on Halloween night at Shacks.  Too much fun was had by all.  Cheers to all the others who dressed up and danced.

10/11/08 Well another great wedding season is over (huge thank yous to the families that had us play for them) but now it's time to hunker down and get deep into the cozy bar/pub/tavern scene for the colder months ahead.
As for new news.....
Johnny L has taken his one man show on the road to the greater Nebraska area only to return home hanging his head in shame.  Those Nabraskans can be a tough crowd.
John "I'm so 80s" Stivers has taken the trip to Bean town to pick up his cool Kat axe, so we are excited that she's back in the mix.
Melissa has been plauged by Keg issues.... enough said.
Jeff Willis is still working on his "honey I shrunk my keyboard" machine.
Dave P has started a serious rift within the band by recently spending a lot of time working with his old band "The Sex Pigs" so time will tell if he remains in the band.
And me, the drummer, there's never anything new for me.
                          the drummer...out!

6/31/08  UTC finished up the month of May with yet another great show at Shack's.  We had a great time with more T-shirt giveaways and one lucky fan who put her e-mail address on our list and recieved a complimentary beverage curtisy of the band.  Boy we do love our fans or what!

5/12/08 John Stivers, commonly known as the "I can't make it" guy has been busy changing out his broken guitar strings since the band has added some more contemporary songs that get him all riled up.

5/10/08  Johnny L has been missing since the crowd at Shack's chased him out of the place upon his admition that he is a Yankee fan.  We have recieved a brief voice message from Johnny where he stated "it was the booze talking."  Don't worry the rest of the band is working hard on his conversion.

5/10/08 International traveler Melissa Arnold just returned from a jet setting trip to the Dominican Republic where the latin music down there got into her blood and now she won't sing anything if it isn't a song by Rita Moreno or Menudo.

3/08 The band is now offering t-shirts as giveaways at their shows.  But per Dave's request..."Ya gotta shake your ass"  to get one.

02/10/08 Check the "Listen to UTC" page and hear our 6 song demo. Also we added 2 shows 1 on 03/15/08 and the other 06/27/08. Check them out.
